Evelyn my 4th born

My 4th girl!  I truly wanted a boy when I was pregnant with this precious girl.  I was really sad that she wasn't a boy.  I cried and felt so bad doing so.  I see the way that my girls look at their Dad and I wanted that relationship with a boy.  I also have felt very strongly that there is a boy that is suppose to come to our family and is was hard that she wasn't it.  Does that mean I'm not done having kids, honestly I don't know.  I can not imagine having any more kids right now.  I don't have the energy to chase around a crazy toddler.  I don't have the patience to deal with breastfeeding again, or a new born who never sleeps.  Maybe in a few months I may change my mind when I've moved and things have gotten back to normal a little bit more but for now I really just don't want to be pregnant.

Back to Evelyn.  This girls is determined to keep up with her sisters and to get into every possible thing she can.  She has been walking since 8 months and loves to explore and find new things.  She is a serious climber and is on the table a thousand times a day.  She does so much better when we are at home, except she loves to empty the cup and Tupperware drawer but other than that she is truly such a blessing and such a joy!  She has the cutest little wave and says hi.  She says Mama and Dada.  She gives the best little hugs and she is growing so much right now.  She loves to eat and she loves to play outside.

It will be lots of fun watching this sweet girl grow.  She is such a blessing and such a joy.  Her red hair and blue eyes are the rarest combination and people mention it almost everywhere I go.  I feel so blessed and fortunate to be this girls Mother.
